No Right of Withdrawal

The tickets you order through our platform are for services related to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date and time. Under European consumer protection law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these types of purchases.

Because our system processes your order automatically and reserves tickets specifically for your chosen specifications, all sales are final. Once your payment is completed, the purchase is definitive and cannot be cancelled or modified. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend for any reason.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that the product you ordered cannot be delivered, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of our confirmation of non-delivery.
